The 2 founding partners in charge of cybersecurity for yachts are:

Alexandre Bayeux

Alexandre is specialized in digital protection of (U)HNWI, family offices, crews and professionals working for wealthy families (he also works to protect information for large corporates). In all projects, 2 priorities:

  • to protect the client’s interests (wealth, reputation, privacy…)
  • to integrate the human factor and each person specificities.

For Alexandre’s wealthy clients, yachts are sensitive pieces in the scope to protect.

Yachting is part of his playground since he has been in Monaco (2009). Thanks to great partners in cyber-defense, in the yachting industry, the Yacht Club de Monaco and with Navy officers, he has been raising the necessity to develop solutions to protect cybersecurity on yachts

Alexandre has been managing critical information and systems for all his career (for example during his “first professional life” in investment and private banking).
Alexandre is an engineer, focused on security, innovation and using tech to make life and work easier and more fun

Jean-Marc Jacquot

Jean-Marc is specialized in IT Management, Cyber Security and Software development.
He has developed a specific methodology to manage technical cyber risks on yachts, and ensure the appropriate level of cybersecurity.

Moderator and contributor within different working groups in the French Cyber Security community (mainly at the CLUSIF), Jean-Marc actively participates in the elaboration of deliverables related to Cyber Security.

With a past experience as a lead developer in an Open Source project, and after having managed various software development projects for the companies he was working for, Jean-Marc has a good experience on how to manage software development projects, either when starting from the ground up or when taking over the maintenance of an existing software.

While accompanying captains, officers and company leaders with IT Management, Cyber Security and Software development, Jean-Marc is able to translate technical topics into understandable business stakes and help to address them with efficiency within both schedule and budget
